1. Delivery Information

• Delivery area: Nationwide (separate charges may apply to islands and mountainous areas)

• Delivery period: Shipped within 1-3 days after payment is completed / Orders placed before 1 PM will be shipped the same day
  (Excluding weekends/holidays)

• Courier: CJ Korea Express

• Shipping fee: Basic 3,000 won
  
  - For overseas shipping, basic shipping fee: $20~25
  Delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks.

2. Exchange and Return Guide

• Exchange/return application period: Within 7 days of receiving the product

• Items that cannot be exchanged/returned:

  • Laundered goods

  • If the product TAG or label is removed

  • Damaged goods due to customer negligence

  • Custom made and sale items

3. Refund Information

• Refunds are processed within 2-7 business days depending on the payment method.

• Card cancellation may take up to 7 days depending on the card company's circumstances.
